Welcome to Elephants Hostels Bratislava (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Elephants Merch (the “Shop”). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.1. Product Listings: All product descriptions, images, and pricing are for informational purposes. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information without notice.
1.2. Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
1.3. Confirmation: Once your order is accepted, we will send you an order confirmation via email. The contract between you and our company is formed only when we send this confirmation.
2.1. Prices: All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout.
2.2. Payment Methods: We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor.
2.3. Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount.
3.1. Processing: Orders are prepared and dispatched according to our Production Times as detailed in our Refund & Returns Policy.
3.2. Delivery: Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are subject to carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
3.3. International Shipments: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.
4.1. Cancellations: Orders can be canceled or modified within the time frame specified in our Refund & Returns Policy by emailing merch@elephants.sk. After that window, orders cannot be canceled.
4.2. Returns & Exchanges: All print-on-demand items are final sale. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for the process on defective or damaged items.
All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DHPC s.r.o., Slonik s.r.o., or our content suppliers and is protected by Slovak and international copyright laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or purchase of products.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Slovakia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovak courts.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site after those changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
