All products printed via print on demand are final sale.
Because each item is made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or styling preference.
If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or printing error, we’ll be happy to make it right:
Time Frame: Report any issue within 14 days of delivery.
Proof Required: Email us at merch@elephants.sk with:
Order number
Photos clearly showing the defect/damage
Brief description of the problem
Replacement Process: Upon review, we will:
Approve valid claims and send a free replacement at no extra cost.
Notify you if an item is out of stock or no longer available.
Note: We do not issue refunds for custom print errors or alterations—only replacements.
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement by emailing merch@elephants.sk.
We do not offer size or color exchanges due to made-to-order production.
If you receive a defective item, follow the defective item process above for replacement.
Production Time: 2–5 business days before shipping (print on demand fulfillment).
Shipping Time: Varies by location; typically 5–14 business days.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes.
